US CITIZENS TO BE PULLED OVER WITH OUT CAUSE: sorry not a good precedent, cops most certainly need protect themselves, but this is a bad law. its not ON THEM (illegals) its ON US because they dont abide by our laws, that being said I would trade the unemployment money I DONT GET, to pay for the fence. If any alien got here without a vesa or work card then they came into OUR house illegaly = breaking and entering for starters, thats jail time.

But if you give law enforcement the legal right to stop without cause there is a whole can of worms you've overlooked, why not let them come into your bed room and check under the covers to see if you got your rig in the wrong hole? While gay marriage is now legal, in most states, sodomy or crimes against nature are only legal in none public places and by married folk .. maybe.
while slightly off topic i bring this up to show how far a law can travel, google the legality of sodomy in NH, and see if you agree with how far state legislation go to clamp your constitutional right to the pursuit of happiness ,,, no pun intended. Still think your elected officials are protecting your rights. I for one, don't care to be pulled over under the guise of an illegal alien search. Its hard enough to make it to work on time. =
